1. Change your password. Select the tab to access the <Control Panel>, then select <Profile>. Enter a valid email address in the appropriate box. Check your other personal information. Move to the <Password Settings> area. Enter a new password...Enter it AGAIN! Follow the instructions for <Password Recovery>. When complete, scroll to the bottom and click the <Update Author Profile> bar.
If you want to change the posting time zone for your blog to east coast time, do this at the Profile page. Scroll down to *Time Zone. Access the drop down menu and select <America/New York>.
2. Remember; to work on your site, go to http://www.typepad.com and login. Never give your password to anyone.
